FSN Course Information & Services

Family support network offers Free  ESOL, Literacy , Numeracy and IT classes. (Free classes are subject to status and availability)  Classes are taught at different levels up to Level 2 by experienced and qualified teachers. 


Course Dates:
Autumn courses   starting 14th September 2009
Winter courses      starting 22nd February 2010    
        
Fees:
Registration £20

Course Contents:
Everyday English, Speaking & Listening, Reading & Writing, IT, Numeracy, Literacy, Communication Skills & Citizenship

Morning classes:
Days in week:		Monday – Friday 9:30am –2:00pm  
Total  Hours for the week:	23 Hours Per Week 
Course Length:		20 Weeks



Qualifications you can achieve on the courses:
University of Cambridge Skills for life qualifications
National Literacy test
National Numeracy test
RSA NICAS IT Qualifications

Travel expenses
FSN students can apply for discounted student travel card and receive assistance from FSN towards students’  travel expenses (this is subject to status)

Childcare Facilities
Family Support Network (FSN) has an OFSTED registered full day care nursery provision for children under five at the Streatham centre. Free Nursery places available for 3 & 4 year olds.

Welfare benefits
Housing problem 
Welfare rights
Women Services
Re-settlement
